Creatovators is a Social Enterprise with a passionate belief that people on the autistic spectrum have a lot to offer. By providing help and support to them, their families, professionals, companies and organisations they are seeing significant success stories as a result of their service-user led, "can do" approach.

Our joint Autism Awareness & Inclusion Program is aimed at the Business Sector as an introduction to Autism and also to reinforce the importance of a more inclusive working environment.

We focus on the benefits of having a Neuro-divergent workforce and the positive impact of focusing on the individual’s skills and competencies-not just for them but also for the organisation as a whole.

There isn’t a “One-Size-Fits-All” approach to employee engagement either.

By looking at the individual’s abilities and skills we can help to have a more productive and engaged working environment.
